Energy saving operation optimization in urban district heating system: A case study
摘要:
提出了一套应用于城市集中供热系统的节能方案和控制策略。该方案一次网采用均匀性控制策略,有效避免了热力站间的不平衡现象,实现了全网平衡;再辅以热源优化调度策略和二次网循环水泵频率精细调节等控制手段,能够在保证供热效果的同时显著降低供热量和耗电量,实现集中供热系统的节能运行。该方案应用于太原某大型城市热网,取得了良好的节热和节电效果。
Abstract:
Puts forward a suit of energy saving scheme and control strategy applied to urban district heating system. This scheme adopts balancing control strategy in primary network, which can solve the imbalance among the heating stations. The scheme also includes optimized heat source schedule and precise input frequency control of pump in secondary network, which can significantly decrease heat supply and electric consumption, and meanwhile guarantee the room temperature, realizing the high efficient operation of district heating system. This scheme has been applied in a large-scale district heating system in Taiyuan, achieving excellent energy-saving effect.
