Core parameters and simplified calculation of boiler thermal efficiency

运用锅炉热平衡计算原理,建立了数学模型,进行了热效率简化计算研究,确定了锅炉热效率计算的核心参数,给出了核心参数与锅炉主要热损失的关系曲线,推导出了关于灰渣含碳量和排烟温度的锅炉热效率简化计算公式。验证结果表明,简化公式计算结果准确可靠,可作为锅炉热效率在线计算的依据。
Abstract:
Based on the calculation principle of heat balance of the boiler, establishes a mathematical model, and studies the simplified calculation method for thermal efficiency. Determines the core parameters to calculate the thermal efficiency of the boiler. Gives the relationship curve between major heat loss and the core parameters. Gets the simplified formula for calculation of boiler thermal efficiency, which correlates carbon content in ash and exhaust gas temperature. The verification shows that the calculation result of the simplified formula is accurate and reliable, and it can be used as a basis for the online calculation of boiler thermal efficiency.
