常见建筑节能改造技术用于既有公共建筑的效能分析

Efficiency assessment of typical building energy efficiency techniques for existed public buildings

摘要:

借助计算机建筑能耗模拟软件EnergyPlus,建立了以北京、上海、广州三个城市为代表的我国典型气候分区的典型公共建筑(办公建筑、商场建筑)的基准模型,计算了部分常见的节能改造技术的节能率投资回报期,给出了结合节能率和经济性的综合评价,为不同的节能改造技术在工程中的推广应用提供了设计依据和理论数据的支持。

Abstract:

Builds up the reference models of office building and shopping mall in China’s typical climatic regions, with the representative cities of Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, by the building energy simulation software EnergyPlus. Calculates the energy saving rate and the payback period of different energy efficiency techniques, and represents a comprehensive evaluation combined with energy saving rate and economic effects, providing a design basis and theory data for application of different energy efficiency techniques in engineering.
