青钢四高速车间风冷工艺环境模拟研究

摘要:
该车间新建的高速线材生产线采用先进的控轧控冷技术和斯太尔摩运输机风冷线,通过开闭保温罩和调节运输机的速度及冷却风量,得到不同的冷却工艺与效果。根据现有车间实测数据与模拟结果,研究分析了车间气流组织形式对风冷工艺线的影响,对新车间的设计和运行管理进行了优化。优化结果表明,新车间风冷线生产效率明显提高。

Abstract:
The new-built high speed wire product line in this workshop adopts advanced controlled rolling and cooling technology and STELMOR conveyor air-cooled line. By opening/shutting heat preservation cover and adjusting the speed of conveyor and cooling air quantity, obtains different cooling technology and effect. Based on the test data and simulation results, analyses the influence of air distribution on air-cooled technology line, and optimizes the design and operation management of the workshop. The result shows that the production efficiency of air-cooled line is increased.
