Optimization chilled water distribution scheme of central refrigerating station for a fast underground railway station
摘要:
运用基本传热原理建立了系统模型和传热模型,进行了传热理论计算,分析了采用不同厚度绝热层的管道流体温升及冷量损失。运用经济技术方法分析了输配系统初投资和运行管理费用。对比了采用分用二级水泵、合用二级水泵两种方案的优劣。结果表明,合泵方案较分泵方案在初投资和运行费用上均有优势。
Abstract:
Sets up a system model and heat transfer model based on the fundamental heat transfer principle, makes heat transfer calculation, and analyses the temperature rise of chilled water and cold energy loss in the pipelines with the thermal insulation layers of different thickness. Analyses the initial investment and operation costs by an economic and technological method. Compares the advantages and disadvantages of the two forms of separate using and sharing the secondary pumps. The result shows that the sharing form has more superiority in both the initial investment and operation costs than the separate one.
