集中空调水系统减阻流体性能研究
Performance study of drag-reducing fluid in water system of central air conditioning
摘要:
结合实验对CTAC减阻流体在流道中的减阻性能作了测试,分析了温度、浓度、配比变化对流体减阻性能的影响;应用激光相位多普勒测速仪测量了流体的速度场。研究发现,加入减阻剂后流体的减阻率可达67%,具有明显的节能效果。

Abstract:
With an experiment, tests performance of cetyltrimethyl ammonium chloride drag-reducing fluid in water system. Analyses the influence of temperature, concentration and mixture ratio on the performance. Measures velocity field of the fluid with a phase Doppler anemometry (PDA). The result shows that the drag reducing rate is up to 67% after adding drag-reducing agent into the fluid and it has remarkable energy saving effect.
