夏热冬冷地区某卷烟厂制丝工艺排风余热回收

摘要:

结合该卷烟厂的工艺生产特点和空调设置情况,利用制丝工艺排风对联合工房空调系统的新风进行预热。计算了典型年工况运行时3种热回收方案的逐时回收热量值,并从经济性、回收热量的大小以及空调机房实施条件等角度对这3个方案进行比较分析。结果表明,该项目适合采取全热回收方式且空调加湿方式对热回收量的影响不大。

Abstract:

According to the process characteristics and air conditioning settings, adopts preheating the fresh air with the exhaust air from the primary process of the cigarette factory. Calculates the hourly heat recovery energy of three schemes under the typical year operating condition, compares and analyses the schemes from the perspective of economy, heat recovery quantity and implementation conditions of the plant room. The results show that the total heat recovery is suitable for this project and the humidifying way has a limited impact on the heat recovery quantity.
