摘要：
针对武汉生物制品研究所供热锅炉存在的低效运行问题，采取强化管理、改善储煤条件、提高给水水质、定期清理灰垢、脱硫除尘和污水处理等项有效措施进行治理，实现了机组的经济节能和环保运行。

Abstract：
To solve the problems existing in the heating boiler in Wuhan Institute of Biologic Product, adopts measures including strengthening management, bettering coal reserve condition, improving the supply water quality, clearing dirts periodically, desulphurization and dust removing, and sewage treatment to realize economic operation and environment protection operation.
