Abstract：
This demonstration building adopts several energy saving techniques and products, including intelligent building envelope, natural ventilation, individualized air-conditioning terminal, air supply mode with independent humidity control, building combined heating and power system, solar energy application, measure and control system, etc. Briefly presents the design scheme of energy saving.
