空调变频水泵节能问题探讨
Discussion on energy consumption of variable frequency pump in air conditioning systems
摘要:
对定压系统和变压系统中变频水泵的能耗进行了分析,指出定压系统中变频水泵的运行不符合三个相似条件,水泵的功率不与流量的三次方成正比,而与流量的一次方成正比,认为在变压系统中把压差控制点设在最不利环路的管道上能最大限度地降低水泵的能耗。

Abstract:
Analyses the energy consumption in constant pressure system and variable pressure system. Points out that the three similarity laws are not applicable to the variable frequency pumps operated in constant pressure systems.Hence the power of the pumps is not in proportion to the third power but to the first power of water flow. When the constant pressure point is set in the worst loop, the energy consumption can be reduced to a minimum.
