摘要：
根据对澳大利亚、北美、欧洲等地区高等级生物安全实验室的考察，论述了国内外最新通风空调技术及设备，探讨了实验室气流组织、压力梯度、设备与风口布置以及自动控制对高等级生物安全实验室建造的影响，介绍了高等级生物安全实验室环境的设计研究成果。

Abstract：
Based on investigation of some high level biosafety laboratories in Australia, North America and Europe, presents the latest ventilation and air conditioning technology and equipment at home and abroad, analyzes the influence of laboratory air distribution, pressure gradient, equipment and air outlet layout and automatic control on construction of the high level biosafety laboratory, and provides related research results.
