小结构Z形弯管在大管径供热直埋管道中的应用研究

摘要:

针对小结构Z形弯管能否在大管径供热直埋管道中作为弯管补偿器应用的问题,分别采用数值模拟和理论计算的方法对3种小结构Z形弯管进行了研究。结果表明:补偿臂长度为1.1~2倍变形段长度的小结构Z形弯管可以作为补偿器使用;在补偿量相同的条件下,补偿短臂长度为1.1~1.2倍变形段长度时Z形弯头的应力最小;补偿短臂长度小于变形段长度时Z形弯头的应力迅速增大,不能作为补偿弯管使用。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problem of whether the small structure Z-shape pipe can be applied to the large diameter direct-buried heating pipeline as pipe compensator, performs numerical simulation and theoretical calculation for three kinds of small structure Z-shape pipes. The results indicate that the Z-shape pipe with a compensation arm length of 1.1 to 2 times the elastic arm length can be used as compensator. In case of the same compensation, the stress of the Z-shape pipe is smallest when the length of compensation arm is 1.1 to 1.2 times the elastic arm length. The stress increases obviously when the length of compensation arm is smaller than the elastic arm length, resulting in unsuitable application as compensator.
