燃气锅炉烟气冷凝热和水深度回收与脱硝一体化工程实测

摘要:

针对北京市某燃气供热锅炉房排烟温度高、氮氧化物等污染物排放量大和雾气大等问题,采用防腐高效烟气冷凝热和烟气冷凝水深度回收利用技术与氧化催化脱硝技术相结合,对锅炉进行了改造和跟踪实测。结果表明,改造后烟气温度降到25~45 ℃,节能率为6.7%~18%,回收烟气冷凝水10.3~28.8 t/d,氮氧化物减排43%~54%。

Abstract:

To solve the problems of high flue gas exhaust temperature, high nitrogen oxide content in flue gas and serious fog emissions in a gas-fired heating boiler room in Beijing, adopting the anti-corrosion high-efficient flue gas condensate heat and water recovery technology combined with catalytic oxidation denitrification technology, performs the reformation for the heating boiler and the field measurement. The results show that the temperature of exhaust gas can be reduced to 25~45 ℃, the efficiency of gas utilization can be increased by 6.7%~18%, and the system can recycle 10.3~28.8 t/d flue gas condensate water and decrease 43%~54% nitrogen oxide exhaust.
