Abstract：
Taking Beijing Fortune Plaza as an example, presents the cold and heat sources and air conditioning terminal schemes for super high-rise city complex. Analyses the influence of air conditioning schemes on the operation energy consumption, management pattern and property maintenance with actual operation states and gives the authors’ experience in designing this kind of buildings.
