我国建筑节能设计标准编制思路与进展
Compiling thinking and progress of energy efficiency design standards in buildings in China
摘要：
介绍了我国严寒、寒冷地区，夏热冬冷地区及夏热冬暖地区居住建筑节能设计标准规定性指标与国外相关标准的差别及其编制思路和特点，简要介绍了正在编制的公共建筑节能设计标准的编制思路。介绍了美国相关建筑节能标准ASHRAE / IESNA Standard 90.1-2001的有关内容。从建筑节能标准体系和建筑节能标准内容及标准规定的设计方法等方面，对两国节能标准进行了比较，指出了美国建筑节能标准的可借鉴之处。
Abstract：
Presents the difference of prescriptive indexes between the energy efficiency design standards for residential buildings in severe cold and cold, hot summer and cold winter, hot summer and warm winter zones in China and relevant foreign standards, and the compiling thinking and features of these standards in China. Briefly presents the compiling thinking of the energy efficiency design standard for public buildings, which is under preparation. Translates the related contents of ASHRAE / IESNA Standard 90.1-2001. Compares the standards of China and America in the systems, contents and design approaches prescribed. Points out some referential aspects in the American standard.
