摘要：
认为风机、水泵变速调节的节能效果与管路系统特性有密切关系。通过分析发现，泵与风机的变速调节节能效果随系统背压的增大而降低，并用计算实例加以验证。

Abstract：
Considers that the energy efficiency has close relationship with the characteristics of piping systems. Analysis results show that the energy efficiency decreases with the increase of system back pressure, and validates it with an example.
