人防地下室通风设计问题分析
Ventilation design issues in civil air defense works

分析了人防地下室通风设计中存在的若干问题，包括电动人力两用风机、滤尘器、密闭阀、止回阀的选用，超压排气系统设计，人防厕所排风设计，风管壁厚选择，暖通设施的防护密闭，防火排烟设计以及人防通风设计说明等，给出了建议。

Abstract：
Analyses some issues including selection of electric/manual acting fans, dust filters, airtight dampers and check dampers, design of overpressure exhaust system and exhaust air system of toilets, determination of air duct thickness, protection of HVAC services, design of fire protection and smoke extraction and design explanations of the ventilating system. Presents some suggestions.
