以某地区实际运行的数据为基础，对冷热电联产用户侧和电厂侧的经济性进行了分析。介绍了当前热电企业夏季的实际运行情况，为冷热电联产在用户端的推广提出了建议。

Abstract：
Based on real operation data in a region, analyses the economics of combined cooling heating and power (CCHP) in user side and power plant side respectively. Presents current operation conditions of heating and power plant in summer. Puts forward some advices to popularize CCHP on user side.
