Abstract：
Analyses the establish background of leadership in energy and environmental design(LEED). Presents the standard clauses of LEED code related to HVAC. Describes the design method, authentication system and design principle of green buildings in the code. Discusses the three evaluation criterions of the green building: greeness, economics and technological advantages.
