某住宅小区热计量收费结果分析
Analysis on the results of heat metering and charging
摘要：
为解决居住建筑中不同位置的热用户热费差异较大的问题，引入了综合修正因数，并应用于8栋建筑的热费计算中。比较了按面积收费、按热表收费及修正后应交纳的热费。计算结果表明8栋建筑中的公共热费占总热费的比例为32.46%～44.12%。

Abstract：
In order to solve the difference of heating cost in different locations of residential buildings, introduces integrated correction coefficient and applies it in eight buildings. Compares the heating costs calculated by building area, metered consumption and integrated correction coefficient. The results show that the common heating cost of these buildings takes 32.46% to 44.12% of total heating cost.
