地板辐射供暖系统热工性能实验研究

摘要:

基于对采用PP-B管材、等密度双回型铺设方式的低温地板辐射供暖系统的实验研究,得到该系统散热量与流量及供水温度关系的热工特性曲线,发现随着流量的增加,散热量对管路内平均流速的变化率呈减小趋势。通过与传统柱型散热器热工特性对比及实验数据拟合,给出了供水温度为30~60 ℃、水系统流量为0.03~0.60 m3/h时,该系统散热量的计算公式,并验证了公式的有效性。

Abstract:

Based on the experimental study on the equal spacing and two-pass style system with PP-B pipes, obtains the curves reflecting the relation between the heat release, water flow rate and water supply temperature, and finds that the larger water flow rate is, the less variation of heat release with mean water flow velocity in the pipes is. Through the thermodynamic properties comparison with those of traditional column radiators and experimental data fitting, provides the calculation formula of the heat release with an applying range that water supply temperature is 30~60 ℃ and water flow rate is 0.03~0.60 cubic metre per hour, verifying validity of the formula.
