介绍了工程概况。通过对部分用户供回水温度、通断时间比、耗热量等参数的长期监测，重点分析了位于建筑不同位置的用户的耗热量，调查了用户的自主节能情况。调查结果验证了通/断式供热控制理论模型的合理性和计算方法的准确性。

Abstract：
Presents the general situation of the project. Based on the long-term monitoring data of supply and return water temperature, on-off time ratio and heat consumption of some users, emphatically analyses the heat consumption of users in different positions of the building, and investigates the energy saving behavior of the users. The investigation results verify the rationality of the on-off heating control theory model and the correctness of the calculation method.
