风机盘管机组用永磁交流同步电动机研制
Development of permanent magnet synchronous motor for fan-coil units
摘要:
介绍了风机盘管用电动机的相关能效标准。通过大量测试数据,阐述了所研制电动机的性能,包括能效、控制性能、机械和电气特性、安全与可靠性。研究结果表明,该电动机能效明显高于交流单相电容电动机,无论与大温差风机盘管机组还是与常规型风机盘管机组相匹配,均能提升原有机组的性能,能效比都大于1级能效限值。分析了测试数据中输入功率、电流值之间的关系对节能的影响。
Abstract:
Presents the related energy efficiency standards of motors for fan-coil units. According to large quantities of measured data, expounds the performances of the developed motors including energy efficiency, controlling performance, mechanical and electrical characteristics, safety and reliability. The results show that the energy efficiency of the developed motors is markedly higher than that of single-phase AC motors. The energy efficiency of original units can be improved to be higher than the value of Class one by matching the developed motor to large temperature difference fan-coil units or to conventional fan-coil units. Analyses the influences of the relationship of power input and electric current on energy saving effect.
