毛细管网敷设方式对换热性能的影响研究

摘要:

在阐述毛细管网传统敷设方式及其换热性能分析的基础上,为了强化换热,提出了一种新的敷设方式,使毛细管网与天花板呈一定夹角敷设。以某一毛细管网平面空调房间为对象,利用Airpak模拟软件建立模型,对毛细管网不同敷设角度、不同敷设形状下的供冷性能进行了模拟研究。结果表明,随着毛细管网与楼板之间的夹角增大,供冷能力基本呈增强趋势,但二者并不是完全的线性关系,还要考虑敷设形状的影响。

Abstract:

On the basis of analysing the traditional laying method and the heat transfer performance of capillary mats, proposes a new laying method to enhance the heat transfer performance by angling the capillary mat towards the ceiling. Taking a capillary mat air-conditioned room as an object, establishes the simulation model and studies the cooling capacity of the capillary mat with different laying angles and shapes using the Airpak simulation software. The simulation results show that the cooling capacity will basically but not linearly be enhanced with the increase of the laying angle of capillary mat, and the effect of the laying shape should also be considered.
