某空调系统积尘伴生微生物的热处理特性及失活动力学模型

摘要:

以空调系统积尘伴生微生物为研究对象,考察了微生物在不同温度和热处理时间条件下的存活状况。研究结果表明,50 ℃以上10 min的热处理能够显著降低空调积尘中微生物的含量。通过Origin软件的数据拟合,建立了空调系统微生物在不同温度条件下的失活动力学模型,该模型为空调系统微生物污染研究提供了理论基础。

Abstract:

Taking the dust associated microorganisms in the air conditioning system as the object, investigates the survival situation in different temperature and thermal treatment time. The results show that the microorganisms in the dust reduce significantly after 10 minutes thermal treatment above 50 ℃. Through the data fitting with the Origin software, establishes the inactivation dynamic model of microorganisms at different temperature, which can provide a theoretical basis for the microbial contamination research.
