Energy consumption parameter selection in architectural scheme design stage based on BIM platform
摘要:
在建筑设计中,建筑要素的选取与组合直接影响到建筑的冷热负荷及建筑设备系统的能耗。为了科学地指导建筑的节能设计,从源头上控制建筑的能源消耗,以一个典型的办公楼为例,介绍了正交试验方案,得出了不同设计参数取值范围内的建筑能耗指标范围。这些工作旨在为今后的BIM建筑设计提供一些可供参考的依据,从而充分发挥BIM平台在建筑方案设计阶段的优势,以达到高效快速地进行建筑节能优化设计的目的。
Abstract:
In architectural design, the selection and combination of architectural elements directly affect the cooling and heating load and the energy consumption of building equipment system. In order to guide the building energy saving design scientifically, and control the energy consumption of the building from the source, taking a typical office building as an example, presents the orthogonal experimental scheme, and obtains the building energy consumption index range with the different design parameters. All these works can provide some reference for BIM architectural design in the future,give full play to the advantages of BIM platform in the architectural scheme design stage, and achieve the rapid and efficient energy saving optimization design purpose.
