Abstract：

Elaborates the revising process, and analyses the characteristics of the code, such as learning widely from the advantages of other standards abroad, and proceeding based on national conditions. Lists the specific contents of the code. Presents the new thinking of the code as follows. The operation room is considered as the production environment to be controlled. The clean operating room adopts air-cleaning method as sterilization technology. The disinfection and sterilization requirement is the same as general operating room. Safety is the first priority.
