该实验装置集教学实验与产品研发于一体，介绍了实验流程、设备选择、测试功能及控制模式等。在建设和调试过程中，根据实际情况对装置设计进行了若干改进。实验装置建成后各功能模块运行良好，达到了设计效果。

Abstract：
The experimental apparatus can be used in research, teaching and product development. Presents the experimental circuits, equipment selection, testing function and control mode, etc. Some improvements are taken during the construction. All the functions work very well after the experimental apparatus comes into use.
