环境室涡轮制冷机工作可靠性影响因素分析
Factors influencing functional reliability of a turbo refrigerator for environment test chambers

采用故障树分析法,对环境室空气制冷系统涡轮制冷机工作可靠性的影响因素和相互关系作了分析。指出影响涡轮工作可靠性的外部直接因素有轴承供气压力过低、涡轮超转、供气含湿量过大、供气压力急剧波动、供气洁净度和外界冲击。对影响直接因素的一些间接因素进行了分析,探讨了提高涡轮制冷机工作可靠性的一些措施和一些可靠性影响参数的控制范围。

Abstract:
Analyses the influencing factors with the method of fault tree analysis (FTA). Discusses the relations between those factors. Points out that the exterior direct factors are lower bearing supply air pressure, over speed, higher humidity of supply air, abrupt fluctuation of supply air pressure, cleanliness of supply air and exterior impact. Analyses the indirect factors influencing the direct factors. Puts forward the measures for improving the reliability of the turbo refrigerators. Discusses the control range of the parameters influencing reliability.
