西安住宅环境现状调查及空调设备使用情况分
Investigation on residential building indoor environment in Xi’an and usage of air conditioners
摘要：
通过对西安市100户居民住宅的测试和问卷调查，分析研究了该地区空调设备的使用情况、人们对住宅热环境的主观感觉、自然通风房间与空调房间的舒适性及住宅的声、光环境。调查结果表明该地区夏季室内热环境是住宅综合质量的重要影响因素。

Abstract：
Based on the tests and questionnaires of 100 residential buildings in Xi’an, analyses and researches the usage status of air conditioners, subjective sensation of occupants on thermal environment, comfort of natural ventilation rooms and air conditioned rooms, and noise and light environment. The results show that indoor thermal environment in summer is an important factor influencing comprehensive quality of residential buildings in such a zone.
