地表水地源热泵塑料毛细管换热器设计

摘要:
毛细管作为空调系统的辐射末端,逐步得到重视和应用,但应用在闭式地表水地源热泵系统中,作为地表水体的换热器的研究较少。建立了毛细管简化的数学模型,通过大量数值计算,得出影响其换热能力的显著因素。给出了适用工程设计的线算图,当管材、进出口温差与线算图计算条件不同时,进行管长修正。在此基础上,给出了毛细管换热器的设计方法和算例分析。
Abstract:
Capillary tube as the radiation terminal of air conditioning system gets progressively attention and application, but as the heat exchanger in a closed surface water source heat pump system has been studied less. Establishes the simplified heat transfer model of capillary, through a large number of numerical calculations, obtains the significant factors influencing the heat transfer capacity. Presents the applicable engineering nomograph. While the temperature difference between inlet and outlet, and the calculation conditions are not the same, gives the correction factor or modified formula of tube length. On this basis, provides the capillary tube heat exchanger design methods and numerical example.
