Development of water sandwich-type wall closed chamber test system for radiators and radiant terminals
摘要:
通过分析水冷式系统的特点,指出要同时满足散热器和冷热辐射末端的测试需求,需要解决闭式小室内部冷热源与壁面冷热源的切换问题。结合系统原理图,分析了样品冷热媒循环系统、闭式小室壁面夹层冷热媒循环系统以及冷水供应系统的组成及功能实现方法。介绍了采集控制系统的软硬件配置。通过对该测试系统的复现性和重复性测试可知,该系统能满足GB/T 13754—2008《采暖散热器散热量测定方法》规定的误差要求。
Abstract:
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of water cooling system, presents that it is needed to be solved for the switching problem between internal heat source of the closed chamber and the wall surface heat source, so as to meet the test requirements of both radiators and heating/cooling radiant terminals. Combined with the system schematic diagram, analyses the composition and function realization method for heat and cold source circulating system, heat media circulating system for closed chamber sandwich-type wall and chilled water supplying system of a sample. Presents the configuration of software and hardware of the data acquisition and control system. By reproducibility and repeatability test of the system, the system meets the error requirements of the standard of GB/T 13754—2008.
