节能理念在某生物疫苗生产厂房空调设计中的运用
Energy efficiency concept application in air conditioning system design for a biological vaccine plant
摘要:
生物疫苗生产厂房的空调能耗很大,应充分挖掘其节能潜力。分析了某工程一次回风、二次回风、温度湿度独立控制3种空调形式的能耗,确定了温度湿度独立控制的方案。比较了冬季供冷3种形式的优缺点,选取了自然冷却机组方式。根据工程所在地冬季气候特点,采用了溶液循环热回收系统。证明了在生物疫苗厂房设计中,充分利用现有的节能技术或节能设备是可以实现大幅度节能的。
Abstract:
According to the large energy consumption of the plant, the energy efficiency potential should be taped fully. Taking a project as an example, analyses the energy consumption of three kinds of air conditioning systems including the primary return air, secondary return air, and temperature and humidity independent processed air conditioning system, and determines the last one. Compares the advantages and disadvantages of winter cooling in three forms, and selects the mode with natural cooling unit. According to the winter climatic characteristics of the project location, adopts the solution circulation heat recovery system. Proves that in the design of biological vaccine plant, making full use of the existing energy efficiency technology and equipments can achieve a significant energy efficiency effect.
