我国建筑能耗基准线确定方法探讨
Determination of building energy consumption baseline in China
摘要：
通过对国内外建筑能耗基准线研究与应用进行梳理，对所涉及的两类基准线明确了其界定及应用。第一类基准线是基于单栋建筑的能耗基准线，用于比较建筑自身能耗的变化；第二类基准线是基于多栋建筑的能耗基准线，用于确定某栋建筑相对于其他建筑的能耗水平。在此基础上分别提出了两类基准线的确定方法，包括明确基准对象、确定指标形式、确定能耗边界及测算基准值。以校园建筑为例验证了上述方法的可行性。
Abstract：
Through sorting out the previous research results and their application of building energy consumption baseline at home and abroad, discusses the definition and application of the two kinds of building energy consumption baseline involved. The first baseline is the energy consumption baseline based on every single building, used in comparison of energy consumption variety of building-self. The second baseline is the energy consumption baseline based on buildings, used in identification of energy consumption level of a building relative to other buildings. Develops the acknowledgement methodology of the two kinds of building energy consumption baseline, including defining the baseline object, determining the index form, measuring the energy consumption boundary and calculating the baseline value. With a case study of campus buildings, verifies the practicability of the methodology developed in this paper.
