北京市大型写字楼建筑除供暖外能耗数据分析
Energy consumption except heating of large-scale office buildings in Beijing
摘要：
分析了北京市373栋大型写字楼建筑单位面积除供暖外能耗的分布特性。采用算术平均值、加权平均值、中位值、稳健平均值4种数据处理方法分别对单位面积除供暖外能耗数据进行了分析比较，结果表明，稳健平均值方法较准确，利用该方法得到2009年北京市大型写字楼建筑的单位面积除供暖外能耗为24.04 kg/(m2·a)。对样本数量进行了验证。

Abstract：
Analyses the distribution characteristics of the energy consumption except heating data per unit area of the 373 large-scale office buildings in Beijing. Analyses and compares these data adopting the methods of arithmetic mean value, weighted average, median value, and robust average value respectively.The results show that the robust average value method is more accurate. With this method, obtains that the energy consumption except heating data per unit area of large-scale office buildings in Beijing in 2009 is 24.04 kg/((m2·a). Verifies the sample building number.
