Energy efficiency design and operating analysis of Chongqing CISDI Building
摘要:
介绍了该项目的设计理念、设计方法和多项综合新技术,分析了该大楼的运行能耗、室内环境质量和用户满意度。在建筑、空调系统和电气系统等方面的优化设计,降低了该大楼的运行能耗,其单位面积总能耗(标准煤)为35.9 kg/(m2·a),显著低于同类建筑,可以为重庆地区办公类建筑的节能设计和运行提供参考。

Abstract:
Presents the design concepts, design methods and several new synthesis technologies of the project, and analyses the actual energy consumption, indoor environmental quality and customer satisfaction. The optimal design of construction, air conditioning system and electrical system reduces the operating energy consumption of the building. The total energy consumption per unit area is 35.9 kg/(m2·a) of standard coal, significantly lower than that of the similar buildings, which can provide some references for office building design and operation in Chongqing area.
