我国绿色办公建筑运行能耗及室内环境品质实测研究
Field investigation of operation performance of green office buildings in China
摘要：
为了解绿色建筑运行后实际能耗和室内环境品质，选取位于不同气候区不同城市共31个获得绿色建筑认证的办公建筑，通过现场调研和部分典型项目室内环境参数的长期测试，结合用户主观问卷调研，比较了不同气候区不同绿色办公建筑运行能耗和室内环境品质的情况，并与相同气候区普通办公建筑的能耗和室内环境品质进行了对比。结果表明，我国不同气候区绿色办公建筑的能耗总体低于当地平均水平，并接近《建筑能耗定额标准》中能耗限制的目标值，但也存在一些获得标识的绿色办公建筑能耗偏高的情况。总体来看，绿色办公建筑的能耗高低和星级的关系尚不清晰。在室内环境品质满意度方面，用户对绿色建筑的满意度明显高于常规建筑，这个差异在室内热环境及空气品质上尤为明显。在此基础上，分析了影响绿色办公建筑运行能耗高低和室内环境品质优劣的原因，为设计和运行阶段进一步提升我国绿色建筑性能提供参考。
Abstract：
In order to understand the actual energy consumption and indoor environment quality of green buildings during the operation process, selects a total of 31 green office buildings located in different climate zones and cities to compare their actual energy consumption and indoor environment quality (IEQ), as well as the ordinary office buildings in corresponding climate zones. Performs field investigation and long-term test of some typical indoor environment parameters, together with user subjective questionnaire survey. The study indicates that the energy consumption of green office buildings in different climate zones is lower than the local average energy consumption level, and close to the target value of energy consumption limit in the Standard for energy consumption of buildings. However, there are also some green offices with higher energy consumption. Generally speaking, the relationships of energy consumption values and the certification levels of green office buildings are not clear. In terms of the IEQ satisfaction, green office building users are more satisfied than conventional building users, with significantly difference for thermal environment and IAQ. On this basis, analyses the factors affecting the level of green office buildings’ energy consumption and IEQ to provide reference for further enhancing the performance of China’s green buildings in design and operation stages.
