摘要:
提出一种新型溴化锂制冷机发生器,该发生器以热管为热源,使用双螺旋形换热管进行喷淋式换热,具有很好的换热性能。对双螺旋形换热管的降膜蒸发换热进行了实验研究,证实了小倾角下降膜蒸发的稳定性和高效性,并获得了喷淋密度与表面传热系数的实验关联式以及Nu-Re的量纲一公式,为新型制冷机发生器的设计提供了理论基础。

Abstract:
Presents a new spray-type generator using a heat pipe as heat source, its double spiral heat exchange tubes have good heat transfer properties. Experimentally studies the stability and high efficiency of the falling-film evaporating heat transfer with small rake angle, obtains the relationship between heat transfer coefficient and spray intensity and the dimensionless relationship between Nu number and Re number. Recommends the experimental results to be used in the generator design as a theoretical basis.
