以上海市的一个既有医院系统改造为例，在满足医疗与卫生要求的前提下，从围护结构、供热制冷系统、可再生能源利用等方面探讨了既有医院可采取的安全、有效、可行的节能措施。

Abstract：
On the conditions of meeting the requirements of medical and health care, taking the reformation of the building in Shanghai as an example, discusses the secure, effective and practicable energy saving measures from the aspects of building envelopes, heating and cooling systems, renewable energy resource utilization etc.
