变风量空调末端装置故障检测与诊断方法及应用研究

摘要:
针对变风量空调末端装置故障,提出了一种故障检测与诊断方法,并开发了故障检测与诊断软件。该软件使用累积和控制图检测空调末端装置故障,使用设计的基于规则的故障分类器寻找故障源。在线应用表明该故障检测与诊断软件十分可靠,有助于提高维护管理效率、室内热舒适性和空调系统能源效率。

Abstract:
Aiming at the faults of variable-air-volume terminals, puts forward a fault detection and diagnosis method, and develops the fault diagnosis software. This software uses Cumulative Sum (CUSUM) control charts to detect faults, and uses a rule-based fault classifier to find fault sources. An online application shows the software is reliable and helpful in improving maintenance efficiency, indoor thermal comfort and energy efficiency.
