介绍了工程概况，分析了空调负荷特点，根据基地总体规划方案、功能分区，综合考虑各厂房的位置、分期建设情况、景观规划、建筑物外观和功能、冷水输送量及输送距离等情况，合理规划了站房位置，确定了最佳的供冷方式及外网布置。

Abstract：
Presents the general situation of the project, and analyses the air conditioning load characteristics. Based on the general layout and functional zoning of the base, considering the position of workshops, construction stages, environment planning, appearance and function of the buildings, and cold water transportation volume and distance, rationally arranges the position of chiller plants, and determines the optimal cooling supply method and outer piping arrangement.
