几个节能措施对夏热冬冷地区居住建筑能耗的敏感性分析

摘要:

用BIN法计算了上海典型居住建筑全年能耗。在满足《夏热冬冷地区居住建筑节能设计标准》的条件下,对影响能耗的因素包括外墙、外窗的传热系数作了定量计算。同时分析了改变室内设计参数、提高空调能效比等措施对建筑物能耗的影响,结果表明外墙传热系数对能耗的影响大于外窗传热系数的影响。最后选取上海地区某典型节能建筑,对过渡季及冬季室内、外温度进行实测,测试结果表明,在冬季,围护结构保温可增大墙体热惰性,减小由于室外温度波动对室内温度的影响。

Abstract:

Investigates the all-year energy consumption of a typical residential building in Shanghai with the BIN method. Based on the Design standard for energy efficiency of residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter zone, calculates the heat transfer coefficients of walls and windows to figure out their effects on the energy consumption. Analyses the impacts of indoor design parameters and energy efficiency ratio on building energy consumption. The results show that the influence of wall heat transfer coefficient is greater than the window heat transfer coefficient. Selects one building in Shanghai to measure the outdoor and indoor air temperatures in transition and winter seasons, and the data show that the wall thermal insulation can increase the thermal inertia and improve the indoor environment.
