常水温差风机盘管机组应用于大水温差工况下的性能研究

应用经验证的数值方法研究了常水温差风机盘管在不同进水温度和水温差工况下,盘管制冷量、传热系数、传热温差、析湿因数、盘管阻力的特性。分析了水温差和进水温度对制冷量的影响,并得出经济冷水温差。研究表明,大水温差运行工况造成盘管水阻力迅速降低,易引起空调系统水力失衡。常水温差的风机盘管机组应用于大水温差工况是不合适的,应该开发大水温差专用的机组才能满足节能的需要。
Abstract:
Studies the performance of cooling capacity, heat transfer coefficient, heat transfer temperature difference, ratio of total capacity to sensible capacity,water flow resistance of ordinary fan-coil under different inlet water temperature and temperature difference conditions by a verified numerical method. Analyses the influence of inlet water temperature and temperature difference on refrigerating capacity, and obtains the optimal chilled water temperature difference. The results show that the water flow resistance of fan-coil drops sharply under large temperature difference conditions, easily resulting in the hydraulic imbalance of air conditioning system. It is improper to apply ordinary fan-coil to a water system with large temperature difference, and it is recommended that special fan-coil units be developed to meet the energy saving demand.
