大型柴油发电机房通风问题探讨

总结了大型柴油发电机房的通风模式和柴油发电机组的冷却方式,并分析了3个柴油发电机制造商所提供的技术数据。定义和计算了小时燃油发热量、燃烧空气带入的热量和排烟热3种热量,列出了柴油发电机组运行时的能量分配表。通过分析可知,水冷式大型柴油发电机组满负荷运行时散入机房的热量约为小时燃油发热量的6%~8%。最后对发电功率为1 000 kW的柴油发电机房的通风量、通风百叶面积和竖井的尺寸进行了计算。
Abstract:
Summarizes the ventilation modes of the large-scale diesel generator room and the cooling type of the diesel generator, and analyses the technical data provided by three manufacturers. Defines and calculates the fuel oil combustion heat per hour, the air combustion heat and the exhaust gas heat, and gives the operating energy distribution tables of the diesel generator. Concludes that the heat released from the diesel generator into the indoor air is equal to the 6%-8% of fuel oil combustion heat per hour. Calculates the ventilation rate, the ventilation louver area and ventilation shaft size for a diesel generator room with a power capacity 1 000 kW.
