摘要:
套管输送换热是城市污水热能利用的一种重要形式。给出了系统原理图,在污垢当量粗糙高度概念的基础上,利用尼古拉兹粗糙区阻力系数半经验公式,阐述了套管输送换热的污水阻力计算方法,并对污水和中介水的输送能耗进行了对比分析,指出中介水系统是该方法的设计重点。在技术可行的流量比和流速比范围内,通过对投资与运行费用的经济优化分析,确定了经济流量比和流速比。
Abstract:
The thimble delivery heat-transfer (TDHT) system is one of the primary modes to utilize the energy from urban sewage. Explicates the schematic diagram of TDHT system, and based on the definition of equivalent fouling roughness height expounds the calculation method of the flow resistance of the thimble by Nikuradse semi-empirical resistance coefficient formula in the rough region. Compares the resistance of sewage and pure mediate water, concluding that the mediate water sub-system should be emphasized in design of TDHT system. Determines the economical ratios of flow and velocity by an optimization analysis of investment and operation costs in the technically practicable range.
