国内外建筑调适技术的研究进展与现状
Progress and status in research of commissioning technology at home and abroad
摘要：
介绍了建筑调适的内涵、发展历史和分类,调适与测试调节与平衡、能源审计、节能诊断和能耗监控之间的区别和联系，并介绍了调适工作在现阶段国内推广实施的必要性、组织体系、各方成员的角色与职责、不同调适主导模式的优缺点。此外，介绍了目前国内外调适的相关标准、应用现状、目前国内已有实例的始于建造阶段的机电系统调适工作内容和典型系统的基本工作流程。
Abstract：
Presents the content, development history and classification of building commissioning technology, and the difference and relation between it and testing adjusting and balancing, energy audit, energy efficiency diagnosis and energy consumption monitoring. Presents the necessity of disseminating and implementing commissioning work in China at present, its structure system, the roles and responsibilities of each party and advantages and disadvantages of different dominant commissioning modes. Describes the current standards and application status at home and abroad, and its scope and basic procedure from a project, starting from construction phrase, in electromechanical domain in China.
