污水换热器内污垢生长特性实验研究
Experiment of fouling growth characteristics in sewage heat exchangers
摘要：
介绍了污垢生长监测方法，并以哈尔滨望江宾馆和北京悦都酒店为测试对象，对换热器内污垢生长作了实时监测，得出了污垢热阻随时间的变化规律、污垢的平衡厚度和换热器热阻与流速的关系以及换热器结垢前后总传热系数的比。

Abstract：
Presents the inspecting methods of fouling growth and inspects in real time the growth of fouling in the sewage heat exchangers in Harbin Wangjiang hotel and Beijing Yuedu hotel. Obtains the variation pattern of the fouling heat resistance with time, the relations between the balance thickness of fouling and the velocity and between the heat resistance of the heat exchanger and the velocity, and a ratio of the total heat transfer coefficient before fouling forming to that after fouling forming.
