介绍了美国联邦系列标准、欧盟GMP及ISO国际标准对洁净室占用状态的定义，指出了其中的差异。分析了ISO 146441—1999中对洁净室占用状态的定义在实际执行中可能遇到的问题，并进一步提出了相应的解决方案。

Abstract：
Presents the definitions of cleanroom occupation status in US federal standards, EU GMP and ISO standards, and summarizes the difference of these definitions. Analyses the obstacles probably encountered in actual project certification and assessment procedure for the cleanroom occupation status defined in the ISO 146441—1999 standard, and proposes a definition framework.
