介绍了水蓄冷集中空调系统的原理和设计方法。以某服装厂工程为例，介绍了水蓄冷集中空调系统的设计方案，并分析了系统的经济性，结果表明该系统的经济性良好。

Abstract：
Presents the principle and design method of the chilled water storage central air conditioning system. Taking a clothing factory as an example, presents the detailed design scheme, and the economical analysis indicates that the system is more economical than traditional air conditioning systems.
