空气过滤器容尘阻力性能与测试方法

摘要:

通过实验,对比研究了ASHRAE人工尘和大气尘对同一型号过滤器容尘阻力性能的影响,同时实验研究了不同过滤等级纤维滤料的容尘阻力性能。结果表明,ASHRAE人工尘在过滤纤维表面形成粉尘堵塞,堵塞之前模拟大气尘的效果较好;过滤等级越高的滤料,堵塞现象越明显;经过振荡破坏表面堵塞后,过滤纤维阻力显著减小。现有人工尘容尘测试方法有待改进,以便使实验结果与实际大气尘使用工况更加吻合。

Abstract:

Carries out the comparative experiments testing the pressure drop of the same air filter with ASHRAE test dust and atmospheric dust fed respectively, and the experiments testing the pressure drop of the air filters with different filtering-level fiber media. The results show that ASHRAE test dust, easier to clog on the surface of filtering fibers, has the better effect of simulating atmospheric dust before clogging; that the higher filtering-level of fiber media, the severer clogging is; and that the pressure drop of filtering fibers decreases significantly after shaking. The current test method of ASHRAE test dust needs to be improved to make the laboratory test results using ASHRAE dust to agree well with those in actual situation with atmospheric dust.
